Summary

These Terms govern use of the Codehawk website and application. If you're purchasing Codehawk for a business, your use may also be governed by an Order Form and/or a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

This page is a plain-language starter set of terms while Codehawk is in design-partner mode. For enterprise procurement, email hello@codehawk.org.

Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping credentials secure.
  • You must not misuse the service (e.g. attempt to break security, probe other tenants, or upload malware).

Service description

Codehawk helps teams reconstruct context during incidents by storing operational event signals and assembling timelines and correlations at read time.

You should avoid sending secrets or regulated data unless we have agreed appropriate safeguards and terms.

Availability & support

During early access, features may change. We'll make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and respond to support requests.

Liability

Codehawk is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
